She had aВ bandage on her eyes, that allowed her toВ assess the situation impartially, and she weighed the good and evil deeds ofВ people on the scales which hold inВ her hand. She fought with lies and deceit, defending the truth and higher justice. Moreover there is not even Dike herself inВ the sky only her scalesВ is.

According toВ another version, it is believed that the point ofВ the autumnal equinox was located earlier inВ this area ofВ the sky and coincided with the 23В ofВ September. The sun inВ its annual motion came toВ the constellation ofВ Libra, which is aВ double star consisting ofВ pairs ofВ stars very close toВ each other, connected byВ the force ofВ mutual gravitation.
