Федерализация Украины

Политические события последних лет привлекали внимание преимущественно к конфликту Западной и Восточной Украины, к трудной судьбе Крыма. Однако потенциал федерализации существенно шире. Статьи разных лет, вошедшие в сборник, написаны по преимуществу украинскими авторами. Они отнюдь не соотносятся прямо с новейшими событиями у нашего соседа, но помогают понять динамику развития идеи изменения административно-территориального устройства Украины. Здесь и полемика по проблемам двуязычия и культурных различий регионов страны, и критика несовершенства нарезки областей и районов на рубеже тысячелетий, и проекты переустройства государства, предложенные в наши дни. The political developments of the last years brought focus onto the conflict between the Western and the Eastern parts of Ukraine as well as the hard fate of Crimea. However, the federative potential is significantly wider. Articles included in this compilation were published at different times mostly by Ukrainian authors. They do not directly correlate with the recent events in our neighboring country but help to understand the dynamics of the idea of changing the administrative and territorial constitution of Ukraine. Here we find such issues as bilingualism and cultural differences between different parts of the country, critique of the presently imperfect province and regional division, projects of reforming the State that were proposed in our days.
